What started behind a barista bar in 2015 has grown into something bigger — a dream brewed slowly, one cup and one conversation at a time. My name is John Garcia, and I’m the founder of Garmann Coffee Co., a family-built coffee brand. Garmann Coffee Co. started with an idea that was born on a goat farm, driven by passion, and shaped by the people I love.

Why We Started

The idea for this company has been steeping for years. After falling in love with coffee as a barista, I knew it wasn’t just the drink — it was what the drink does. Coffee brings people together. It slows us down. It creates space for connection, for rest, and for reflection.

I was born and raised in New Braunfels, Texas. What was once, a small town has recently grown beyond imagine. This inspired my wife and I, along with her parents in 2023 to trade the hustle and bustle of a quickly growing city in for the quiet and peaceful nature of farm life. We quickly established a successful goat farm that we have raised, bred and sold goats from. 

In search of reigniting my passions for coffee, I started dreaming about how I could blend that way of life — rooted, simple, meaningful — with the craft of coffee. That’s how Garmann Coffee Co. was born.

What We Offer

True to our way of life and mission statement, I set out to find the highest quality coffee supplier that would allow us to live true to our values and bring you the best quality product. To that end, we have partnered with Roastify, a trusted coffee bean source. This collaboration allows us to ensure every bag of Garmann Coffee Co. is roasted to order, packed with care, and delivered Fresh to your door.

Our first lineup is small, intentional, and full of heart:

• ☀️ Sunrise on the Farm – A light roast breakfast blend with bright citrus and gentle fruit. Easy, uplifting, and smooth — just like a good morning.
• 🪵 Homestead – A medium roast that’s comforting, balanced, and dependable. It’s the cup you want every day.
• 🌌 Selah – Our bold dark roast inspired by sacred pauses and deep reflection. Smoky, rich, and full-bodied.
• 💙 The Ezra – A rotating single-origin coffee named after my son. Each quarter, we feature a new origin — the first: Guatemalan with notes of orange zest, black cherry, and fudge.
• ☁️ Still Waters – A savory, smooth medium roast decaf designed for peace-filled moments at the end of the day.

What We Believe

We believe great coffee doesn’t have to be complicated. It just has to be real. That’s why our blends are made in small batches, designed with purpose, and shared with love.
